If you do not have a patient portal account or you are having problems with your account, please call our billing dept. at (402) 614-8181. New accounts require an invitation by email to login.

How to Sign Up

Sign up for access to request appointments, request prescription refills, update personal and insurance information, and pay your bill. If you have not already been given a username and password for portal access, please contact our office by phone.
